In order to achieve this aim, the following measures were planned: (a) Supporting the development of national strategy and action plan & SOPs, leading the state-level HWC mitigation guidelines for Uttarakhand, and supporting in Karnataka and West Bengal, in a participatory manner engaging all key stakeholders.
