Considering the above factors, Sariska Tiger Reserve was thought to be an ideal place for a pilot study on wildlife diseases mainly through serological investigations with following objectives : 1. To define presence or absence of selected diseases in wild ungulates and livestock in and around Sariska Tiger Reserve. 2. To establish physiological reference values of wild ungulates.
